Module 1: Get Your Week Under Control•Lesson 5 of 5
When one child has band and the other has football, the week turns into a puzzle of pick-ups and drop-offs. One missed text about a changed practice time and someone is left waiting in a parking lot.
You have already built the pieces in this module: a family calendar, a brain dump, painting pockets, and a meal plan. This lesson ties them together into one short weekly habit. Twenty minutes on Sunday buys you a calmer Monday through Saturday.
Module 1: Get Your Week Under Control
Start by getting all the driving on one page. For each child, list the week’s trips.
Drop-off and pick-up times for each school, including early release days.
Start and end times, locations, and anything that runs late, like away games.
Scouts, lessons, tutoring, church youth group, and birthday parties.
Once the rides are listed, ChatGPT can spot the conflicts for you: two places at the same time, back-to-back trips across town, or a pick-up that lands right on top of dinner.
Fill in each child's schedule. Use first names or nicknames only.

If other families go to the same school or practice, a carpool can take whole trips off your plate. The hard part is usually organizing it, and that’s where ChatGPT helps.
A privacy note: when you use ChatGPT for carpools, use first names only. You don’t need to share addresses, school names, or phone numbers to get a good schedule.
Use this in the same chat after mapping your rides.

Use this after you like the schedule.

Pick a regular time, like Sunday afternoon or evening. Open ChatGPT and your family calendar and walk through these steps.
Keep one chat called Sunday Planning and use it every week, so ChatGPT can see what you planned before.
Invite your partner or an older child to sit with you for the first five minutes. Everyone knows the plan, and fewer surprises come up midweek.
Skip a step if a week is light. The routine should serve you, not become another chore.
Paste this into your Sunday Planning chat each week. It walks you through the whole routine.

In this module you built a family calendar, learned the brain dump, found your painting pockets, put dinners on autopilot, and tied it all together with a Sunday routine.
Give this routine two or three weeks before you judge it. Most people find the first Sunday takes longer than 20 minutes. By the third week it becomes quick and familiar.
In Module 2, you’ll build your Artist AI Assistant: a ChatGPT Project that knows your art, your voice, and your business, connected to your Gmail and Google Drive. It will help with buyer emails, artwork descriptions, social posts, and show deadlines.
Use this after two or three Sundays to fine-tune your routine.

At the end of the Run My Sunday Planning prompt, your summary should look something like this:
This week at a glance
Mon: Maya band 5 to 7 (Mike drives). Dinner: slow cooker chili.
Tue: Painting pocket 4:30 to 5:15 am. Must Do: gallery entry form.
Thu: Football carpool, Garcias drive. Dinner: breakfast tacos.
Sat: Game at 10, you drive. Groceries picked up at 2.
If you can read your whole week in under a minute, the routine is doing its job.
This Sunday, set a 20-minute timer and use the Run My Sunday Planning prompt. Share the summary with your family. Then mark this lesson complete and start Module 2.
